Can I download mixes to my Apple iPhone or iPad?

Yes of course, but you do have to download a free app (Documents 6 file manager) due to the restriction that Apple has on adding files to their devices. Click the link for simple instructions on how to download/save mixes on your Apple iPhone & iPad.

How to download audio music directly to your iPhone or iPad without using iTunes

Can I purchase multiple USB Flash Drive in the same order.

Unfortunately, No. We’ve tried many ways to configured the system to allow this but have been unsuccessful. The system is set up for USB flash drive customers that want to purchase multiple mixes on 1 USB Flash Drive. If you want multiple USB flash drives, you will have to buy each drive in separate orders. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience.

Can I skip to the next song of my downloads or USB Flash mixes

Unfortunately, you can not. Adding track IDs to skip to the next song isn’t possible at this time. The instant downloads & mixes put on a USB Flash Drive will be 60-80 minute long, just 1 track. You can always scrub through with the finger on your phone, tablet or a computer mouse. Some audio devices that accept USB Flash drives will allow you to scan through the mix, but not skip to the next track. Of course, if you purchase a CD it’s possible on all CD players to skip to the next song.

Guest checkout vs creating an account

By checking out as a guest, all mix(es) download links will change & set to expire 48 hours from the the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the guest customer to save and backup their purchases. Guest checkout customer mix(es) links will NOT be reset or resent if lost or expired. Creating an account protects your future purchases forever. By logging into www.boolumaster.com & entering your credentials (username/password) in “My Account” at the top of the page, you have lifetime access to all of your mix(es) purchases.

Purchases as a guest will not be included in your account if you decide to create an account after you’ve made guest checkout purchases.

If I lose my purchased mixes, will you resend them to me?

If you create an account on boolumaster.com you will have lifetime access to your download purchases. If you checkout as a “guest” you are responsible for your download purchase, Guest purchase Mixes will NOT be resent. It takes literally less than 60 seconds to create an account.

Is there a refund or exchange on Downloads, CDs or USB Flash Drives?

There are no refunds on digital downloads, CD’s mailed or USB Flash drives mailed. CD’s & USB sticks are checked before they ship. In the case of an defect, CD’s or USB Flash Drives can be exchanged for the exact mixes purchased on their original purchase format (CD or USB Flash). The customer should contact us via email ([email protected]) or text (717-382-6658) and can ship the defected product to BM INC 1200 Ring Rd Suite 2255, Calumet City, IL 60409-9998.

My purchased Mix(es) didn’t completely download. I only received xx minutes of the mix

This happens when your wifi or data signal is weak or when trying to download multiple mixes at the same time. With mobile devices using data, this happens with weak downloading specs included in some prepaid mobile subscriptions. It’s highly recommend to use a wifi network when downloading to your mobile device. If using xfinity/Comcast, make sure that you are connected to your home wifi network and not the network listed as xfinitywifi. The xfinitywifi choice is an open hotspot for comcast users that don’t allow the same downloading specs as your home network.

Allow 1 mix to download at a time.

There is no problem/issue with the mix link(s). When you are able to connect to a better wifi or data connection, you will not have a problem downloading the entire mix within 20-30 seconds.

What should I do if I have a problem downloading my purchased mixes

Immediately email [email protected] allow up to 2 hours. For an immediate reply Text 717-382-6658. There is no need to get upset. The download system works very well, but issues can arise from time to time. Our customer service is the reason we’ve been around since 2003. Any issues will be fixed immediately.

What’s the process and How long will it take for my CD or USB Flash drive order to arrive?

Allow 5 to 7 business days for CD’s and USB Flash Drives to ship. Order’s ship 1st Class USPS or Priority depending on the weight of the order.
