Refund Exchange Replacement Policy
For CD customers
There are no refunds on CD purchases. If there is an issue/problem (CD skips while playing on multiple CD players) with any CD purchased, within 24hrs of receiving the order, that title/mix can be exchanged for the same title/mix. The buyer should email us at [email protected] to inform us of the issue and wait for our response with 24 hrs. and return the damaged CD to PO Box 2255 Calumet City, IL 60409.
For Download Customers
There are no refunds on download purchases. Download purchases are sent instantly via email address inbox listed with Paypal. Customers who create an account on the website during checkout, will have lifetime access to their download purchases. If an account member has any trouble accessing their downloads on the website, email us at [email protected] or text 717-382-6658 for assistance.
For customers checking out as a “guest” The download links expire in 24hrs. In the case of the buyer missing the 24hr deadline, we will resend the link(s) 1 time. It is the responsibility of the buyer to save/backup the titles/mixes. We will NOT resend/replace lost mixes (changing of mobile device, lost of mixes on desktop computer etc
Again, under no circumstance will we resend/replace lost mixes for customers who Checkout as a “guest. Please make sure you save/backup your purchase.
USB Flash Drive Customers
There are no refunds for customers who buy USB Flash Drives filled with mixes. The USB Flash Drives are high quality media but there is no guarantees on the device(s). Each USB Flash drive order is screened shot and saved for proof that the mixes were put on the device correctly. PLEASE NOTE!! You are responsible for saving/backing up your USB Flash Drive. (Saving on your desktop Computer, in a Cloud (Dropbox), on another Hard Drive etc)
