If you didn’t know the month of March is Women’s History month. Friday March 18th happens to be the birthday of a woman that started as a rapper in 1989 and has since added singer, actress, Grammy & Golden Globe award winner, just to name a few of her accomplishments. I met & spoke to her briefly on a elevator at a music conference. She’s a beautiful, kind and down to earth black women. We all should appreciate her grind. Happy Birthday to Dana Elaine Owen aka Queen Latifah. Help me bless her with her flowers while she’s still with us going strong. Salute Queen!
